Refunds & Returns

  • Returns & Refunds are accepted and returns must be back with us within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items have security labels and if removed we will not accept the item back.
  • When sending an item back it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service.
  • The cost of postage to return goods will not be refunded.
  • Please contact us at sales@boutiquemilla.com to confirm a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are credited less the P&P charge.
  • Refunds are issued on items returned unworn and with original packaging & labels in the condition you received it. The garments must not have perfume odours, deodorant stains/odours, make up stains or damage from jewellery so please be careful when trying the items on. All items are dispatched with security tags and if the security tags are removed we will not accept the return.
  • Certain products are non returnable for hygiene reasons which is clearly marked in the item description
  • Once we have received a return back refunds will be issued the same working day, but please allow another 2-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. You will receive email confirmation of refund being issued.
  • Items bought online may be returned to our boutiques but the refund will be given via Paypal.
